Rebecca is the artist behind A La Cart Charcuterie Co., and she is the heart of it. From her home base in Lawrence, Kansas, she builds nearly every grazing table, board, cup, and box herself, and styles each one on site, treating the presentation as carefully as the ingredients.
What she pours into the work is the difference: a sense of etiquette, beauty, and timing that clients say they have not experienced even with other charcuterie companies. Guests do not just eat what she creates, they photograph it, talk about it, and ask who made it. She listens closely and tailors every spread to the occasion.
