What it is

Grazing Tables

A grazing table is a generous, flowing landscape of cured meats, artisan cheeses, seasonal fruit, nuts, crackers, and garnishes, built by hand and arranged on site the day of your event.

You provide the table and linens at your venue; Rebecca brings everything else and styles it on site so it looks as beautiful as it tastes. Every grazing table includes a required $50 on-site setup charge, separate from delivery. Eucalyptus or seasonal floral greenery is an optional finishing touch, added for $50.

Grazing tables start at $18 per guest and have a required $50 on-site setup charge. Delivery is separate and based on the event location. Optional greenery styling is $50, and the deluxe display price will be finalized with your quote.

How many guests can you do?
From intimate showers to large weddings. Tell us your headcount and we size the spread so there is plenty for everyone, with variety being the priority.
What do I need to provide?
Just a table and linens at your venue, typically a six-foot table for larger spreads. We handle the rest, including setup and styling, which usually takes about an hour and a half depending on the size.
How much food does each guest get?
We portion by weight, about 2.5 ounces per person by weight, but guests value variety over exact weight. A good rule is about 20 bites per person, roughly a sandwich's worth, so tell us your headcount and we size it so there is plenty.
Do you deliver and set up?
Yes. Every grazing table is delivered and styled on site, with a required $50 setup charge. Delivery is separate and based on the event location. Grazing tables cannot be picked up.
How does booking and payment work?
A deposit reserves your date. A 25 percent deposit, taken at the time of booking, is required on orders of $500 and over, and it applies to your total. Your balance is due three days before your event, so everything is settled ahead of time, with nothing to handle on the day.
What if I need to cancel?
We understand life happens, so while your deposit is non-refundable, if you cancel at least 14 days before your event we will transfer the deposit one time to a new date. Cancel 3-13 days before your event and the deposit is collected, but you owe nothing more. Inside three days the balance is non-refundable, because by then your ingredients have been purchased and prepped.
